Become part of our team
As a member of our agency, you will be self-employed, you will submit timesheets to us on a weekly basis via email. You will be able to give us your availability and we will offer placements based around this so you are in control of your working hours. Self-employed workers must be registered with HMRC for self-assessment purposes and we will need to check this status in order to offer you a placement.
You will be required to have an up-to-date DBS, preferably on the update service which we can access. If you do not have this, KV Recruitment can apply on your behalf at a cost of £70.00.
Requirements
You will be required to have all mandatory training for Health and Social care, if you do not have this, KV Recruitment can assist you to source and undertake this so you have all the necessary training for our customer’s needs. Our current pay rates of pay as of 1st April 2024 are as follows:
- L2 Support worker = £12.00 per hour
- L3 Support worker = £13.00 per hour
- L4 and L5 Senior/Manager = £15.00 per hour
- Waking night (12 hours) = £13.00 per hour
- Sleep (8Hours) = £100
