KV Recruitment is owned and managed by 2 Directors, Katy Bruckshaw and Victoria Wild. With our combined knowledge and experience of the Social care sector we understand the pressures on businesses around staffing, we understand the importance of trained, knowledgeable, empathetic and skilled workers and how to source these. We have lived experience of what you are looking for and also lived experience of supporting staff to find suitable placements where they will thrive and flourish in their roles.
Katy has 26 Years’ experience of working in, managing, and delivering care services to individuals with care and support needs. Katy is also the co-owner of a successful domiciliary care company which has been operating for 6 years in 2024, employs in excess of 25 staff and operates around 1000 hours of care services therefore has an extensive understanding of the pressures of staffing, properly trained and fit persons to deliver care services and safe recruitment of individuals.
Victoria has 20 Years experience of working in, managing, and delivering care and support services to individuals with varying care needs. Vicky is also the co-owner of a successful domiciliary care company with Katy therefore understands the needs of care organisations when it comes to staffing, what they require and has a special interest in training and development of individuals working in the care sector to ensure they have the best skills and knowledge available to meet customer need.
